Dorothy Jemator is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 15 years of experience in legal practice, public service, and regulatory governance. Since her admission to the Bar in 2010, she has dedicated her career to promoting justice, accountability, and institutional reform.

She currently serves as the Vice Chairperson and Commissioner at the Commission on Administrative Justice, Kenya, where she leads efforts to enforce the Access to Information Act, 2016. Her role involves promoting open governance, administrative justice, and ensuring that public institutions uphold the principles of transparency and accountability.

Previously, Dorothy served as a member of the Energy and Petroleum Tribunal, the HIV & AIDS Tribunal, and the Football Kenya Federation Disciplinary Committee, where she handled complex regulatory and human rights matters. She has also served as Chair of the Elections Board of the Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya, overseeing a smooth and credible election process.
